On the second day of our family vacation our family SUV broke down. We were able to get to JB Automotive and they took us in right away and diagnosed the problem very quick AND without charging a diagnostic fee. Long story short without boring you with the details, GO HERE if you're in the area. Willie and staff will take care of you and treat you like family.
Quality work but a little pricey (plus i don't think there car knowledge is up to date)

On a family trip and the brakes on our truck went out. Willie & Dennis quickly diagnosed the issue (We had thought it was the master cylinder but exhaust burnt thru back brake lines). They were extremely knowledgable, helpful and understanding! They had to order a part, it was delivered the next morning and repair was complete by 11 am. We are grateful for their prompt service and reasonable prices!
THESE GUYS SAVED MY THANKSGIVING. I was in a car accident with my husband a week and a half ago, and he's still in the hospital. i wanted to be with him for Thanksgiving. my other vehicle (the one that WASN'T totaled) had an alternator problem. Other shops were quoting me 2-3 weeks wait time to get the work done. This shop told me at 2pm the day before Thanksgiving that if i could be there in 20 minutes or less they could get it done that day. They charged me a reasonable rate, and they were honest with me about the alternator's condition (it had been acting up and needed replacing... but it seemed to work almost well enough when i arrived at the shop. they informed me before they just went and replaced a part... in case i didn't actually need it)
i can't thank them enough!!!
