Went to Owens drive-thru in weed, the guy with the giant jersey said it would be 10mins, well 20mins later I ring the bell and he said it's going to another 10mins we are busy, I told him he should have let me known 10mins ago. I left due to his 10mins=20mins x 2= 40mins drive-thru. He needs to be re in service in customer service, his services was a giant disappointment , a giant waste of time and a giant I don't give a dam aditude.
