The place was nicely decorated. The food was hot. I ordered fajitas but even the condiments' plate was hot, the cheese was melted into a clump. I ordered a sprite, but got nothing but carbonation, she bought me a bottle but charged us for the bad drink : (
Good food, decent service. Regrettably, however, they are dishonest on their pricing and service. I was charged nearly double the listed price of their tostada ($14 instead of $8) due to my choice of meat, despite the fact that pork is listed in the menu description of the purported $8 item. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, they compromised and offered to charge $11 (again, for an $8 item). The server was unsympathetic to this disparity and its financial impact, and proceeded to justify this sneaky 75% price hike by saying that he was "trying to satisfy the customer" by omitting the crucial fact that my choice merited an upcharge of $6.
Cute place, extremely friendly and helpful staff. A small area of Mexican candies and art too. Stiff/cheap drinks and authentic meals (for North CA). Next door to a few gas stations and a Grocery Outlet.
Service was pretty good. Was told to help myself to the beer cooler, and the beer was cold. Salsa is pretty good too. The chips are out of a food service bag, but they were tolerable. This time was just a beer and chips night, but I have had the food in the past. There is nothing special about it, but it was still edible. On a side note I think it's funny is these are Asian people running a Mexican joint, and this morning I noticed all the cooks at Panda Express were Mexican.
It was awesome!!! Fast serivce,friendly staff, and great food!!! Margarita was well worth it. Better than Vegas! If you are in Weed stop here to eat. Oh and how often do you get served by the owner? That put it above the top. Oh and we hit it at closing and still received
Respectfully, customer satisfaction derives from honest pricing and a good-faith effort to rectify the initial error. This restaurant did neither of those things. Hence, due to a lack of integrity among the staff and management of this restaurant, I will not be eating here again.
